What is the 海角破解版 mentoring program?
The 海角破解版 Mentoring program has been developed to facilitate mentoring relationships supporting F海角破解版 trainees, Fellows and 海角破解版 Associate Procedural Members on their membership journey.
From training to transitioning into practice and establishing a healthy support network to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing and engagement, particularly for those working in rural and remote areas.
The 海角破解版 mentoring program offers:
leadership experience
knowledge-sharing
support, guidance and professional development
opportunities for networking and connection with peers
a platform to share feedback and advice
Mentoring is also an approved CPD activity. Time spent participating in mentoring can be credited towards your CPD hours.
What does the program involve?
Participation
As a participant in the 海角破解版 mentoring program, you will be asked to:
Agree to the code of conduct across the course of the program
Commit sufficient and consistent time towards the program and to your mentor/mentee
Reflect on your practice and development experiences
海角破解版 has partnered with Mentorloop to facilitate the mentoring program.
Mentorloop provides the following options for matching with a suitable mentoring partner:
Self-matching 鈥 view program profiles to select a mentoring match that best suits your needs
Algorithm matching 鈥 use an automated matching strategy to assist you with a mentoring match
The Mentorloop app allows users to match, set goals, communicate and move through mentoring milestones – anytime, anywhere.
Joining
To join our mentoring program and get involved as a Mentor or Mentee, please send us an expression of interest email to mentoring@ranzcog.edu.au.
Once your eligibility is confirmed you will receive an invitation from our Mentorloop platform asking you to register and create a profile.
After you have completed your profile, you will then be able to view other participant profiles and to find your match.

Terms & Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS – CODE OF CONDUCT POLICY
At the time of registration all participants will be asked to read and agree to the 海角破解版 mentoring program terms and conditions. We ask all participants to also please read the 海角破解版 Code of Conduct prior to commencing the mentoring program.
1. I acknowledge that my mentor is not obligated to assist in securing employment for me.
2. I understand that being matched with a mentor does not imply that the mentor will act as an advocate or represent me in any capacity.
3. While every effort will be made to facilitate mentor-mentee matches, the College does not guarantee that all participants will be matched, as this is subject to participant availability and time constraints.
4. Participants of the Mentorship program participate voluntarily and act in their personal capacity. Any advice provided by a mentor does not reflect the views of the College and should not be considered professional advice from the College.
5. Participants of the Mentorship program must act in accordance with the 海角破解版 Code of Conduct and maintain professional relationships at all times. The mentoring relationship is limited to the scope of the 海角破解版 Mentoring Program, and neither mentors nor mentees are expected to maintain a relationship beyond the program.
6. The College disclaims all liability for any actions or interactions that occur outside the scope of the 海角破解版 Mentoring Program.
